Rules
1 Small things like wings are allowed but there are a few restrictions behind them
2 Nothing too awesome like taking down Ho Oh in the first seven turns.
3 Not all Pokemon can be captured first try.
4 Start in Pallet Town
5 The original rules can be bent a little and Pokemon can choose to be your friend.
